We are located at 155 Bovet Road, Suite 700, San Mateo, CA 94402. Here is where we are on the map.
When are you open?
Innocospace standard business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM each day. Members with virtual office and day passes have access to space from 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Members with unlimited coworking and private office memberships can access the space 24/7.
What should I bring to work at Innocospace?
Bring exactly what you would bring if you were going to work from a coffee shop. If you bring in, you should bring out. We have locker storage solutions if you need it!
I want to check out the space. What should I do next?
You can contact us with questions or just schedule a tour to visit us. We love to give you a tour, show you our space in-person, and answer any questions.
Can I bring my dog and cat to work?
Sorry our building lease does not allow dogs and cats. Kids are not conducive to our work environment so please do not bring them to work.
I talk on the phone a lot. Is that going to be a problem?
No, our space operates on mutual respect. If you have a conversation that turns private, feel free to take it outside or downstairs in the lobby, or simply step into the phone booth! If you are on your phone all day non-stop however, Innocospace Coworking may not be for you. We are an open space work environment, so common sense applies here.
Can I use Innocospace as my business address?
Absolutely. Check our membership options for details.
Can I get my mail and packages at Innocospace?
You sure can. If you have a monthly membership, you can receive your mail and packages at Innocospace. You are free to use our address as your business mailing address. We can forward the mail to you per your request. We can also hold packages for you for up to a week before there are storage charges.

How do I become a member?
Set up a tour and we can talk about it. You can also sign up for a membership on your own here.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We prefer ACH transfers but we will take any major credit card and add a 5% processing fee.
Should I wait until the 1st to join?
No, we prorate the monthly charge based on the day you join. There is no need to wait for the 1st of the month.
